How do I care for my new shadow box?
All shadow boxes are easily hung on a wall or displayed on a shelf. Direct sunlight is not recommended. The strands of lights are LED and do not heat up, however, it is recommended to not leave lights on for extended periods of time as a precaution.
What type of replacement batteries do the lights in my shadow box use?
The size of the batteries for your shadow box are CR2032 button batteries. You will need two (2). Watch video on how to change your batteries.
How do I apply my vinyl decal?

How should I wash my hand towels?
Our hand towels are made with sublimation and are pretty resilient in the wash. They should be washed in either warm or cold water, not hot, and no chlorine bleach or fabric softener. The towels should be dried on either delicate or warm heat, not hot, and again no fabric softener. Fabric softener will eventually fade the vibrancy of the image and should be avoided to keep your towel super absorbent.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we will only accept cancellations within 24 hours for a full refund.
Why are the items I ordered shipping separately?
We make almost all of our products in house however, we use Printify to fulfill our some of our products, mostly apparel. Those items will be made and shipped by Printify and not completed in house. Those will ship separately and you will receive notifications about both so they can be tracked.
